As all items are drawn/custom per order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items we fulfill.

We do not offer refunds for any orders placed, except for the following situations:

• The customer canceled an order before "In Production" and our support team were able to grant that cancellation request.
• The product arrive damaged.
• At our discretion.

As a seller on the Ecomartist platform, you may see your payouts total adjusted if an order is cancelled.
